Hello and welcome to my site! Here you can learn more about me, how I got into Juicing and the Juicing Bliss resource.

Hi, I am Sandra

I am Sandra, the lifelong researcher into natural remedies, holistic practitioner, juicing enthusiast, author of a few dozen articles published in my local town’s Health Magazine before the Internet and blogging became a thing.

Now when my kids are off to conquer the World, and I am heading towards retirement, I am finally finding time to figure out how to share my vast knowledge and passion towards natural lifestyle online.

About My Journey to Embrace Natural Health

I’ve been diagnosed with TNBC – triple negative breast cancer – in the most aggressive form when I was just 37yo. At the time my son was 7, I had a rapidly developing career that demanded much of me, and …well.. overall the diagnosis did not fit my Life at all. It was a shock.

Thanks all the gods out there: we caught it at a very early stage. Full mastectomy surgery happened within a month, and my oncologists insisted I take the most aggressive chemotherapy. As a researcher by trade, I had to know all options available to me before I can make a decision to take chemo. This is how I started.

I was lucky to find a very experienced Cancer Care Naturopath who have provided a long list of literature for me to dig into. Long story short: I said NO to chemotherapy and instead focused on my diet and lifestyle. This is how I got into Juicing.

I am well and alive today. Yey! No recurrences happened, and hopefully never will. As part of my diet changes I have completely dropped: sugar, alcohol, caffeine, gluten, processed foods, fast foods, cow dairy; I am trying to avoid legumes and nightshades. I juice religiously – every day – working with a variety of vegetables, fruit, berries and herbs.

Hopefully what I share in this blog is useful to you. I wish you to be Happy, Healthy and Wise and have a Bliss-full Life!

Kind regards,

Sandra
