How to Make Apricot Juice at Home

Juicer or Juice Maker:
- Wash the apricot fruits well with warm water and a vegetable brush to remove any contaminants and pesticides.

- Slice the apricot in pieces appropriate for your juicer
- Juice as per the instructions on your juicing machine.
Using a Strainer
**While using this method could be an option, it must be noted that excess heat when applied to fruit and vegetables may destroy temperature-sensitive vitamins, such as Vitamin C.
- Similarly, wash the apricot fruits well with warm water and a vegetable brush to remove any contaminants and pesticides.
- Add the washed apricots to a bowl or a pan. Add water to slightly cover the fruit.
- Bring the water to a boil and simmer the fruits until the apricot flesh becomes a bit soft.
- Drain the apricots and let them cool.
